What does a workshop look like in practice?

Example: Equia Voice, the team's communication profiles

In the Equia Voice module, the team builds communication profiles that reveal how each member communicates most naturally, receives feedback, and responds in difficult conversations.

The exercise includes individual reflection, building a personal communication profile, jointly mapping the team's communication preferences, and practically adapting feedback to different styles.

The point isn't to label people, but to better understand how the team can communicate important information more clearly, more promptly, and in a way that others can more easily accept.

At the end, the team forms a shared agreement on how it wants to give feedback going forward, open up difficult topics, and reduce miscommunication.

What the team takes away from the exercise

  • communication profiles for team members,
  • a better understanding of different feedback preferences,
  • concrete guidelines for giving feedback,
  • more clarity in difficult conversations,
  • a shared agreement on how the team communicates.
