How does our collaboration work?
Every team has a different dynamic, which is why Equia workshops aren't run on a "one solution fits all" basis. Collaboration starts with understanding the context, and only then is a module chosen or adapted.
1. Introductory call
In a short call, we get a sense of what's currently happening in the team, which challenges keep recurring, and what the team would like to achieve after the workshop.
2. A brief pre-questionnaire
If needed, the team fills out a short, anonymous questionnaire before the session. This lets us check perceptions of communication, trust, feedback, roles, priorities, or team culture.
3. Choosing or adapting a module
Based on the call and the questionnaire, we select the most suitable module or adjust the workshop's focus to the team's real needs.
4. Running the workshop
The workshop lasts about 2–3 hours. It's practical, facilitated, and made up of exercises, reflection, conversations, and concrete team agreements.
5. Summary and next steps
After the workshop, the team receives a summary of the key insights and the next steps agreed on, which it can apply in everyday work.
6. Optional follow-up measurement
If the client wants to check the impact, a short follow-up questionnaire can be run after the workshop to compare perceptions before and after.
